Finance Surveys 

Income and Profit Report

Analysis of Agency Costs

A highly confidential annual study of agencies of all sizes, published in September. The survey breaks down the different costs within an agency as a percent of gross income. Accounts Receivable

Total Compensation: Highest Paid Individuals

An annual survey for agencies with gross income up to $40 million published in September. The study provides data on the total compensation paid to the 3 or 5 highest paid individuals in the agency including base salary, bonus, and deferred compensation. The report is distributed to survey participants at no charge. There is a charge for member agencies that did not participate. For more information on this survey please contact Helen Miranda, (212) 850-0767, Helen@aaaa.org.


Planned Salary Increase

Longevity of Accounts

Small and Mid-size Agency Benchmark June 2005

Survey published in 2005 for agencies in the small and mid-sized category. It includes benchmark figures in Gross Income per Employee, Medical Premium Cost Sharing, Rentable Square Feet per Employee and Balance Sheet Ratios. For more information on this survey please contact Helen Miranda, (212) 850-0767, Helen@aaaa.org.


Billing Rate Multiplier & Hourly Billing Rates

Survey published in December, 2005, on historic hourly billing rates (2004 and 2003) and the multipliers used to arrive at those billing rates sorted by gross income and location. Non-disclosure and Intellectual Property Rights

Value Based Compensation

Agency Compensation Practices and Pricing Considerations
