The Account Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and supporting an efficient working environment for the accounts for which they are assigned. Assists account team by coordinating project and presentation details. Provides administrative assistance and secretarial support to Account Group, Backs up Account Group as liaison between Agency and Client Provides secretarial and administrative support to assure execution of assigned programs in a manner which enables the agency to maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with client accounts. Responsible for supporting client-related and administrative activities of the agency account service department. As Account Group Director, you are responsible for protecting and growing the agency’s relationships with its current client base. Responsible for profitability for a specific group of accounts and represents the Agency at the community level. Each Account Group Supervisor is responsible for the accounts assigned to his/her group. Essentially, the group head’s function is one of personal leadership in client relations and in internal administration of accounts. The most senior person dedicated to account service in the agency. Responsible for all client activity. The Account Supervisor position requires the ability to manage, and begin to lead, the agency’s day-to-day relationship with key client contacts.
Responsible for directing the daily activities of one or more Account Executives to ensure proper agency service to one or more business accounts. To lead the development of holistic advertising and marketing communications campaigns that fulfill the agency’s Mission, and to play a key role in developing the next generation of account management talent at the agency. To provide consistent direction and motivation to direct reports in successfully managing all aspects of producing a tactic from concept development to product completion on assigned product. The Account Supervisor is responsible for the servicing and profitability of one or more agency accounts in excess of $500,000 in annual gross revenue. The Assistant Account Executive (AAE) works with agency Account Executives in directing and coordinating assigned projects. In this role, the AAE is responsible for sound, proper and timely execution of all assigned work. The Assistant Account Executive is accountable to help the AE manage the day-to-day operations. This requires specific expertise in the agency’s systems and procedures. To assist the Account Executive in all phases of his/her day-to-day operating responsibilities with particular emphasis on proper scheduling, budgeting, and record-keeping of the account. Support assigned account team with project initiation and coordination. Facilitate day-to-day aspects of account management and foster clear and effective communication between the Client and Agency. The Assistant Account Executive is the agency’s second-line representative of the account assigned to him/her and the first-line representative of these account to the agency. Assists the Account Executive and other team members to get the job done: on strategy, on time and within budget Assists Account Executives in coordinating advertising campaigns for agency clients. Serve as a central agency hub for all project tactical communications by working with all internal team members on a daily basis. Basic support for Direct Account Executives and Account Supervisors on all direct mail/direct response projects. Coordinates the planning and execution of direct mail/direct response activities for clients; Coordinates the development of the advertising and direct mail/direct response program in accordance with the client's objectives and budget limitations. Supervises the planning and execution direct mail/direct response activities for clients; Supervises the development of the advertising and direct mail/direct response program in accordance with the client's objectives and budget limitations. Responsible for the overall agency performance, ensuring financial goals attainment, development of agency/client relationships, while coaching and mentoring client service staff members. Establish and build strong, multi-faceted relationships with designated client contacts–marketing department personnel, members of the client team and key licensees.
