Applies principles of accounting to analyze past and present financial operations and estimates future revenues and expenditures to prepare budget.

Directs the timely efforts of Accounting employees in the recording of all transactions and the preparation of all financial reports. Assists in the preparation of all audit schedules and review of the books and records with outside audit team.

Pulls together information from a variety of sources to compile and prepare customer charges

To effectively supervise the financial, legal, personnel, and internal affairs of the agency.

Preparation and control of subsidiary ledgers insuring the proper classification and recording of each transaction. Assists Accountant in the preparation of journal entries.

Reporting to the Executive Committee member responsible for overall fiscal operations, direct the effective operations of internal financial programs and procedures, and maintain useful relationships with outside institutions.
