Executive Leadership Program 

The AAAA Executive Leadership Program (ELP) is held once a year, and is a specialized, intensive weeklong program that helps top-level professionals deal with general management issues through a team-oriented, computer simulation program where participants run an advertising agency for three years.

The program is intended for current or potential general managers, and consistently receives rave reviews from participants.

2009 Executive Leadership Program
The 2009 ELP will take place from January 12-16 in Santa Monica, California.
