The strength of the AAAA lies with our members, which represent a wide range of disciplines within the marketing communications landscape.  Members participate in shaping their organization and entire industry through their dedicated work in committees, regions, councils, and forums.

» Board of Directors
The AAAA Board of Directors is composed of chief executives from member agencies of all sizes and meets three times per year. In the intervening months, the work of the Association is directed by the Operations Committee, composed of the board chairman, vice chairman, secretary-treasurer, AAAA president and directors-at-large.

» Regions and Councils
There are four region boards based in the eastern, central, southern and western regions of the U.S. that are responsible for overseeing the activities of local council boards.

» Committees
There are seven board committees (including the AAAA Board of Directors) and 43 non-board committees and subcommittees representing all of the major functions of an advertising agency. Most committees meet approximately four times per year.
